The Online Consultant Enrollment System (CES) automates the selection of firm and individual consultants following the Consultant Selection Guidelines published by the Planning and Development (P&D) Department, Government of Punjab.

CES has three kinds of users: Consultants, both firms and individuals; Clients or the assignment awarding bodies affiliated with provincial or district government, and General Public Viewers.

• Register with P&D
• Enter and maintain their information as individuals and firms
• Enter and maintain their information as partnerships and alliances
• Search for new advertisements
